killing these people will not help your cause the american goverment does not regard these people of peace as an important element of american life, we the american people and you need people who dedicate themselves working for peace and equality for all peoples
These foreign peacemakers are your best chance to end the occupation of Iraq. To release them will completely confound the United States' claim that you are people without morals who kill for fun. It will show that you are standing up for what is right in opposing western agression.
Please release these messengers of peace and friendship. They represent the best of humanity, the best our countries have to offer. Their lives are a testament to the good that one person, one organization can do in the face of death and devastation. Please spare their lives.
While I understand anger toward U.S. policy in Iraq, please free these peaceful ambassadors who work tirelessly for peace and justice. The world is watching. It's what any just and loving God would want.
Peace is needed for the future of this world and our children - nothing else will do. Honor the peacekeepers - retribution only makes more retribution and sooner or later it means you.

What is the world coming to when those who risk their lives for peace and justice have their own lives threatened by those who profess the same objesimilar objectives?
Iam amazed and saddened to observe the brutality with which people who claim concern forhumanrights are
willing to dispose of another's primary and primordial rights. WHy would we support their fight for freedom if they don[t understand the meaning of the concept. To acknowledge their seriousness and commitment t life, they should begin by releasing these four innocent persons. Then we can go forward and continue working to support their rights for their own humanity.
These four are not responsible for the unjust war...The powers that be could care less about them...They will not release those they label terrorists...They are the terrorists...They are the bad guys

I am shocked that these 4 people, who are dedicated to peacemaking, have lived in solidarity with the Iraqi people, and have continually opposed the war, would be targeted by kidnappers. I pray to the God of all people that they will be released unharmed and allowed to continue to speak out against the war while living in peace with the Iraqi people. Do these kidnappers even know what these people have tried to do to help the Iraqi people?
To the kidnappers:
These people ar not your enemy, however if you persist in this effort most of world will be. Jesus said blessed are the peacemakers. Did Mohamad think differently?
With all my heart, I hope the 4 are released unharmed. They are my heroes. If more of us had the love and courage to share in their work, this and all war would cease.
We in the peace movement are responsible for starting the opposition to the Iraq War. That is now building to a majority and will get the US out faster. Please release those who stand with us.
"Blessed are the peacemakers", in any language, of any nation. All groups may have members of destructive intent, but those who truly do the work of peace are good, in the fullest extent of that word.
