Some while ago a special laser disc edition of The Frighteners was released
which included a long documentary on the making of the movie and scenes that
were cut from it. Sadly laser discs are not used anymore and have been replaced
by dvds and similar things. The laser disc edition of The Frighteners then
became extremely rare to find, almost impossible. With your help we can try and
get the contents on the laser disc to be released in a special edition dvd of
The Frighteners

Why bother with a Single-Disc-Edition whenn all the supplemental material is already there? What keeps Universal from slapping the Laserdisc content on 2 DVDs?

why dont you release it with the documentary that came with the laserdisc? or do you plan on releasing another frighteners a few years down the line with it just to bleed more money out of the consumer ?

2-4 Disc box please. Theatrical version of the film, director's cut, the laserdisc extras and maybe some new ones.

I would love to have an edition of the Frighteners simular to LOTR trilogy, or even the special edition Bad Taste. A combo of Michael J. Fox, Peter Jackson, Robert Zemekis, and ghosts will never happen again! I very much want to see this released with more quality than the crappy new 6.99 version with the horrible cover of Fox and the ghosts.
