Sad to say but it looks as if there's never going to be a full ponty festival again.
1)There's been no promotion at all.
2)The official myspace page is gone - http://www.myspace.com/fullpontyofficial
3) No bands have mentioned their playing the festival this year.
Since nothing has been done yet I felt that it was time to show the organisers that it hasn't gone by unnoticed.
Last year was a GREAT day, not just for the welsh music scene but the UK scene. The Full Ponty 2007 proved to be a festival of great variety from (the then) up and coming Gallows, Kids in Glass Houses and The Blackout, to American favourites Paramor and Silverstein, local boys lostprophets and music legend Henry Rollins.
I present to you, the people of the Pop Factory. A list of people who support the Full Ponty festival and wish for it to return.
We the undersigned have atteneded the Full Ponty 2006 and/or Full Ponty 2007 and believe that there is a need for a music festival in the South Wales region.
