Our federal government in a few states are allowing Gay Marriage. Homosexual orientation AND actions are immoral and should be stopped. If people want to practice their own sick beliefs, they should'nt bring the Federal Government into it. They should practice in the confinements of their own private lives, not public. There is nothing on this earth that is more disgusting than a homosexual. They do not deserved to be called humans. That would make them equal with normal people. No, they are far lower than we. They are lower than animals, because not even animals do the revolting acts they do. The Bill of Rights should only apply to normal men and women. There should be no rights given to homosexuals. Also, it should not be a crime to kill a homosexual. It's like stepping on a bug. Further more, anyone who claims to be friends with such filth should have their rights removed as well. A stray dog deserbes more repect than a homosexual. They don't deserve to look a normal person in the eye.

I do not or ever will support gays. They are disgusting and a clear cut sign of how this country has ignored the word of God and the moral issues that have so declined in this nation. Also it disgusts me how many christians out there that have NO BACKBONE to stand up for christ and morality. They are cowards! And will be judged for being so. IT'S TIME TO STAND UP AND FIGHT FOR OUR LORD AND HIS WORD!!

because its obvious we live in a Christian country. In God we trust is written on our dollar bills. Marriage is reserved as the union before God of one man and one woman. We need to immediately ban and nulify any marriages that have not been held in churchs as they are clearly not "before God". Any widow or widower that is receiving a pension or insurance payout for a deceased spouse who was an atheist, hindu or buddhist should have to return all money as they were clearly not married before God and received it under false pretences. It seems that the Federal and state governments have been colluding with these so called "marriages" by allowing marriage licences for weddings not held in church or before God. Oh dear my logic is falling apart. Perhaps a suitable compromise is to reserve the word "marriage" for religion based unions and to use some other term for non religion based life commitments. That would allow the sanctity of marriage to be protected and for equality of rights concerning inheritance / pensions etc for those of a non conventional partnership.

This is disgusting. I agree with Joe, Emily, Amaya, Bri, and everyone else who supports gay marriage. If two peole love eachother, then they should be allowed to marry, regardless of sex. Homophobia is spreading throughout the world because of anti-gay propaganda in the media and on MTV. I have a friend who's a lesbian, and one of my friends is bisexual. STOP HATING GAYS!!! WHAT THE FUCK HAVE THEY DONE TO YOU TO FUCK UP YOUR LIFE????????

I agree with Amaya, Emily etc, what the fuck is wrong with this world? "All gays are sick", "it is disgusting, sick and pathetic" do you have a brain?!? If two people love each other, they should be allowed to be seen as in a strong relationship in the eyes of the law (ie be married) regardless of race, gender, background etc Next thing people will be saying "Oh I don't think people from different races should get married" or some other crazy shit. And if you're attacking the idea of homophobia from a religious perspective, try taking a step back to see that homophobia doesn't destroy lives, or hurt people in the ways that religion does. So instead of banning gays, lets ban religion!

Everyone should have a right to marry who they want to. It shouldn't matter if they're the same sex; love is love. End of story. If you want to ban people from marrying someone of the same gender, you may as well take away free speech, free will, and all that stuff. Even if it doesn't match your religion; "God" (Not that I'm religious) gave us free will. He wanted us to come to him, he isn't about to force anyone to come to him. He lets people make their own decisions, and do what they want. It's. Free. WILL. These people shouldn't be denied their rights, and don't fall back on your religion as an excuse.
