If they are trying to ban the Pit Bull breed because they have the blood, genes that makes them attack, then why dont they do something about the family of convicted murders, dont their family have the same blood and genes as the murder? ITS NOT THE BREED ITS THE OWNERS!!!!!
I DO NOT support this patition. You are talking about not just a breed of dog, but a very dangerous breed of dog. One capable of killing innocent children just because they are walking within their"terrotory". It's complete nonsence to say you can train these animals. That's like saying you can train a tiger to walk free in the public or trust your kids with a grizzley just because you raised it around them. Some animals cannot be trained well enough to be trusted and when you're talking about public safety ... the dogs must go!!
I support this petition 100% We have the right to own whatever breed we desire. It's the deed that is wrong not the breed. How can you eliminate the innocent for HUMAN beings actions?
never owned one .. but every experience i've ever had with a pitbull has been delightfull.this is a wonderfull breed of dog and ignorance shouldnt prevent anyone from owning such a great dog.
I am in full favor of this petition. Pitbulls are the only dogs i have ever owned and the fact that a medical condition prevents me from having children i see andrew and lindsey (my pits) as my babies not just some dog so it really upsets me when a bill act or law is brought up that could possably take them or any futer babies from me its like takin your kids away how would you feel
I support this petition. I have owned a couple of pitbulls. They were the best dogs ever. Both died of old age, without attacking one single person or other animal.
I support this petition. If they are raised with love they are the most loving, docile animal. A chihuahua has a worse attitude. Lets just ban inhuman people!
I support this petition. I have 3 pit mix dogs and there all great dogs, very friendly and loving. Punnish the people not the breed, a dog is like a kid raise it right and it will act right.
I am not only a pitbull owner, but a therapy pitbull owner. Ny dog interacts with kids and seniors on a daily basis with no issues. Ignorance is bliss for government, especially with this bill
I support this petition.
I support this petition.I have 3 pitts and they adore my family they are a part of my family and absolutly no one will take them away, if they tried they better be ready to put up a damn good fight.
I think we should be able to keep our pitbulls because they only turn out bad if you make them that way but my pit is very nice and loves people so we should not have them banned.
Any animal or child for that matter only does something wrong if there raised or trained that way. There is no sense in punishing a living creature for doing something they were trained to do especially an animal.
Please do not support House Bill 78 to Ban Pit Bulls. This would surely be a death sentence to these beautiful dogs. These dogs are being punished for their obedience and dedication to an owner, and it is only when owners beat them to fight that they are dangerous. Please, instead of banning pit bulls, please pass a law to severely punish people like Michael Vick who abuse these animals into fighting. Also, fund the law with help for agencies to police and investigate people who exploit these dogs for profit. It is not the dog that is vicious, it is the owners who profit from the misery these dogs endure. Help these animals and Don\'t ban pit bulls!
This is an outrage!!!..My pit bulls wouldn\'t hurt a fly and for to me to muzzle them would be very extreme..this is ridiculous.. Blame the owner not the dog!!
I love pitbulls!!! My dogs are like my babies and i think you should find these people who give pitbulls there bad name. Punish the deed...not the breed!!!!
I dont think its right for them to ban people having the freedom of what they want to do. This country is all about freedom. I own 2 pitbulls and there great and friendly
Pit Bull type dogs are among the best breeds out there. If they\'d simply do their research, they\'d know that they were bred to be excedingly friendly towards people and other animals if given proper socialization, as with any dog.
