JHS banded Hoodies because of gang-relaterd fights, now no one can wear hoodies for the rest of the year.Personaly all the students that wear hoodies everyday and dont have nothing else to wear are disapointed.JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE SAY THAT THEY ARE GOING TO BRING A GUN IT DOESNT MEAT THEY ARE GOING TO BE USING A HOODIE!!!

im from a little town in indiana and have no idea what school this is about. my opinion is that hoodies are fucking sweatshirts with a hood. they arent called hoodies because people from the hood where them. people have been wearing hooded sweatshirts for along time, now that gangsta niggers and wiggers are wearing them and shooting people like dumb animals do, they're being banned from schools? funny how one bad influence can ban something like a sweatshirt thats been around before all the bad that was centered around it

This petition needed because our school is kept at such a low temperature that people are forced to wear sweatshirts. I, for one, own only hoodies, and therefore am totally screwed when I have to walk into the school that's only about 20 degrees above the outside(winter) temperature anyway.

This is crazy! Its cold in our school and short ppl like me get cold easy! and whats the point in buying a jhawks hoodie if we can't wear it! but hey sooner or later they will get sich of us complaining and will have to give them back. thats not gonna stop the gang war! what if we stop wearing hoodies they all will surrender! I don't personally wear hoodies, but that's ridiculous. A simple ban on hoodies isn't going to stop gang violence and school shootings. Hell it might aggravate the shooter, and if he does bring a gun to school, chances are he's going to wear whatever he wants to..

I support this petition, because it's really pointless to refrain kids from wearing the clothes they want to wear. If they want to have gang fights let them go kill themseleves, it's their fault. Just make the rules stricter (sp?) so they'll take it outside. :)

I support this petition.I think its stupid because you cant really hise a gun in a hoodie! you can hide them in your sock, pants, ect. so, anyways Ms. Bua is just trying to make excuses to turn jefferson back into a prision! Parents have complained and she still dont care! she never will!
