To the guy who made this and those who support it you are complete retards! Payton is one of if not the best point guards in NBA history, when he guarded jordan in the 96 finals Jordan was held to his worst finals performance ever! Payton hit clutch shots in the finals with Miami to win a championship, he is one of the most underated players ever.
