i supprt this because Luke and Lorelai were meant to be! and the way Luke and Lorelai ended back together was not fare to us or them. We all deserved a better ending and atleast them getting married. This whole series was suppose to end the way Amy intended it to end. She started this show with them as friends, than closer friends, then best friends, then lovers, than lovers who were meant to be, then lovers who were suppose to be together forever for the rest of their lives...married, children, and always together (happily ever after)! that was Lorelais dream, Lukes dream, Rorys dream, the towns dream, and amys dream. They all wanted them to be together. AND ALL WE GOT WAS A KISS, A NECKLACE, AND A SMILE. I WANTED LOVE, PASSION, MARRAIGE, KIDS, AND KNOWING THAT THEY WILL BE TOGETHER FOREVER. BUT NO!!! ALL WE GOT WAS NOTHING...there has to be reason why they ended it like that. maybe their tricking us... maybe their really will be a sesaon 8 and no one is telling us...or maybe for 100% amy will make the movie...WHO KNOWS???but we cant wait too long or everyone will die out knowing that Luke and Lorelai never had the happily ever after that they deserved. i am the hugest fan of LUKELAI and GILMORE GIRLS>3 and after they just ended it like that i STILL am the biggest fan...but its hard to realize that after 7 years... i and the other fans never got what we wanted!!!!!!!!jamie xoxo
Gilmore girls is the best show ever!!! Everyone knows it, but the thing is that they didnt give the fans (or themselves) a great ending to the greatest show. They left Luke and Lorelai with just one kiss that just said im sorry and that i love you...it didnt say we are getting back together, or that we are going to get married and have a family, it was just a kiss that left us waitng for more afterwards. Cause that kiss was short, little passion and little explination on it. We the fans wanted more we wanted their beginning, middle, and end, and all they left us with was a simple kiss to a whole beginning again. WE JUST WANT THEM TO BE TOGETHER FOREVER WITH THEM MARRIED, HAVING CHILDREN AND LIVING HAPPILY EVER AFTER. that whole season was disgusting, sad, and unenjoyable because we had to watch basically the whole season with Lorelai with Chris. Its not fare...Lorelai and Chris were together the whole season. And all the Lukelai fans got was just a kiss????????? that doesnt seem right. there has to be an explination... There has to be either a season 8 or a movie. Whichever way they goo it better be Luke and Lorelai all the way. And if they dont do either of them..... i think that we will all be the most saddest fans ever to live.....jamiexoxo jamie...THE BIGGEST LUKELAI FAN KNOWN TO MAN!!!!!
please we need closure to tie up the lose ends. another season would be great or even a TV movie just so that we can say a proper goodbye to the characters that we have loved for 7 years.
PLEASE dont cancel the show. It's bad enough that it has been taken of our normal television viewing. (I live in Australia) This is a Fantastic show. So DON'T take is away.
Wow! Gilmore Girls is on the line. I never thought that would happen..I love the Gilmore Girls and it would break my heart if there was no Season 8! Think of all the fans! Think of what it would do to them to me if there was no Season 8. My adivice is to think clearly because Gilmore Girls has made such a hit show and you will be letting many fans down.

I'm from Colombia and one of my weekly happiest moments is when I turn on the TV and I see Gilmore Girls. Please make just one season more to end properly a story which deserves a better end.
I love Gilmore Girls and I think that the series finale was great i loved it and it made me cry but it wasn't enough they rushed it, I mean we only saw taht luke and lorelai kissed and that she was wearing the necklace so Gilmore girls really needs an 8th season even if it is a half season
I loved the Gilmore Girls and didn't realize until right before the finale that it was the series finale and not the season finale!!! Please bring it back for one more show - we deserve to see Lorelai and Luke rebuild their relationship, we need to see Rory begin her life independent of college and Logan - as a true adult. The last show was awesome but too much was left undone! One more season - please!
Like others, I enjoyed the seventh season finale, but not as a serie finale!!!I would like to watch the 8th, 9th and maybe 10th season(!!!), but if its not going to happen, at least a complete - and finaly - 8th season!!! To prepare us for the end of the serie, and give all them a great end!!! Lorelai and Luke deserve a best end! Where are Paul Anka and Michel? Me and my mother fight constontly. finally we started a tradition to watch gilmore girls together on tuesdays at 8. gilmore girls brought me and my mom close. i miss it so much. i want some type of season or movie. we always loved luke and loreali together. please bring it back for another season. thank you
I loved the show it was a family and a friend thing for me. My best friend and I started watching the show together and then it became a mother and daughter night every tuesday.
Please bring back Gilmore Girls for at one more season to truly wrap up this amazing show the way it deserves to be and the way the fans have been waiting for and promised for seven years. To end it just like this suddenly and unexpectedly is a disservice to the legion of fans that watch the show and to the incredable actors and all those people that go into Gilmore Girls who deserve to end the show with a real ending for all the hard work they have put into the show. Please one more season would tie up everything in Gilmore Girls.
