I disagree with some of the values of the series but I respect it's great writing, and other things that it advocates; being there for one's friends etc. The values may not be my values, but in the last several years it is the least offensive and best written, and most entertaining show to appear on television. (Hey Amy? What's up with always making fun of Mormons??? :) JK! )

I have been writting letters and doing all that I can. I hope they reconsider season 8, and do it.. BIG FAN OF THE GILMORE GIRLS.. They just cant end it like they did on season 7. There is more to be done...

As far as I´m concerned I think Gilmore Girls should definite return! It was damn unfair to all the fans outside our world to end Gilmore Girls like this! I heared there were other problems too (beside the actors were exhausted). Such an amazing show will not leave our tv! That´s it period! This show must go on...many, many years! I want to see Rorys wedding and kids, so you can imagine that the show has still much to offer and interesting to show! I demand more seasons!
Gilmore Girls is a beloved show to the fans. The ending to season 7, though good, was more of a season ending rather than a series ending, they should have a 8th season, any length tying up the loose ends.
I support the idea of doing at least a partial 8th season, if not a full one, that lets the show end on a better note. The fans deserve this --and so does the show's legacy.

No other show has ever reached out to me the way Gilmore Girls did, and does. Never have characters been so authentic and so close to whom I am as a person. I could live through Lorelai and Rory, experience what they were, and are living. I can relate. Gilmore Girls is the only show that allows me to escape to another world, one where the weather's always nice, diners are clean, neighbors are nosey, deers hit cars and festivals are a weekly thing. I own every season, i watch it every morning on abc family and never miss a single episode on the cw 44 formerly on the WB. as corny as it may sound this show was the story of my life. for both my mother and I. So please do just one more season.
I loved the episode where Lorelai sings I will always love you. She should sing more often. Maybe it´s possible in season 8? Who knows? By the way, you have a great voice Lauren. The Gilmore Girls had become more than just a television show in my house; as a single mother raising a teenage daughter it was a special time in our week that was just for us. Please don't leave us with so many unanswered questions. CW has nothing like the Gilmore Girls in the 07/08 lineup.... Let’s give it a try huh?

There should be a season eight of Gilmore Girls!The sudden finale of season seven really didn't seem like the last episode...man I was really bummed out when it ended on my B-day and now I can't watch new episodes on tuesday nights with my mom anymore.Gilmore Girls is the only thing my mom and I shared and basically have had in common for the last seven years...How twisted is that?Well anyway we love Gilmore Girls and we wish it would be aired back on the CW again, PLEEEESE!!!!!!!!!
It´s so hard to see all the actos in new movies and shows. I watch it because I love them but then I just miss Gilmore Girls more. Gilmore Girls is the perfect show for the actors and we looooooooove it.
