ummmm both bands suck sorry. especially green day. green days music = mtv trash. "american idiot" wow that was hardcore. i'll admit green day had some neat old songs, but their new songs really hit the gutter. as for simple plan, i dont like them dont listen to them and i'm not gonna go on about them and get high blood pressure over it. good day.

If you REALLY love Green Day, then why have you spelt it 'Greenday'? I don't think you're a very dedicated fan. I love Green Day though, they're bloody awesome! But Simple Plan seriously suck shit. They are bloody pussy's, and NEED to have some good music. I nearly throw up when I hear they're whiny songs on the radio. They're people with compassion for themselves only! 'Welcome To My Life'. Wtf? Boo hoo! Aww lets all cry! The best band in the whole fucking world though, is My Chemical Romance! No guys can beat the quality of these guys' music.

yes i support this petition because everyone is entitles to their opinion and there is absolutely no positive impact in saying "i hate..." but i don't agree with simple plan and green day being put in the same category, green day are punk rock legends who have been around since 1990. They have sold over 30 million albums in the United States, and over 63.5 million records worldwide, making them the most successful punk band of all time. can anyone tells me how that compares to simple plan?

This petition is useless, why the fuck do you wanna stick up for Simple Plan and Green day, they are comercialised bands with no individuality whatsoever. Green day are slightly better than Simple Plan I must admit, but ain't no way in hell I would chose to listen to them. Oh and heavy metal is not the same as Simple Plan (I do not like heavy metal). Simple Plan are a mash of instruments with a girly voice over the top, but heavy metal bands at least show some skill with their chosen instruments, they are perfectionists and work to get their technique exactly right. I however like more experimental music... something different.
