Green Wing is the most incredible and beautiful slice of comedic perfection that has ever graced our screens. The series is too rich a source to end so prematurely. So please, let Dr Trod etal continue to entertain us in this sublimely surreal world.
I laughn so hard at this show, that I feel like I had strenous excercise. This show is so completely off the wall and so completely funny that it would be a shame if it did not get as many seasons as the writers and stars can come up with. As an American, I long for the days when something this original, wierd, and funny, can get on commerical televison here. It won't be soon, that's for sure.
unreservedly. Green Wing is a jewel of a programme and - as long as the writers and cast want to do it - Victoria Pile should be allowed to keep producing this most original, clever, funny and 'quite rude' comedy.
Speaking as one of GW's youngest fans, I appreciate how challenging it will be to write another series... but we will be grief stricken if this series finishes without hope of another...
because greenwing is the best comedy ever really. Can't stop laughing when its on. The story lines are great and are almost soap like, so i can't see how they could stop writing for it. My girlfriends a secret fan.
Green Wing is absolute genius when it comes to comedy - nothing makes me laugh more during the week! To see it go after only 2 series would be a travesty!!
I Have To Have Greeen Wing! I Love It. It Makes Me Laugh So Much + It Gets Me Through The Week. Besides I Need To Know What Happens With Caroline + Mac. Not To Mention How *HOT* Stephen Mangan Is.
because there arent enough episodes in this series to conclude it. My life won't be worth living without Mac!!!!!!!!!! And of course the other characters, especially caroline guy and sue white, classic original charcters!
because it's one of the best programs on tv at the moment, and I thinkit has enough left in it for at least one more series. Even if we have to wait a while to get the cast together again.
I discovered this series much too late, but have been enjoying the Second series immensely. First series DVD is DEFINITELY on my 'to-buy' list.
Please, please make a third. Three is a magic number, after all! ;)
