Jagex will do anything to keep you playing. So make the email cheesy but convincing. Here is a sample you can follow if you’d like. I was extremely dissatisfied to find the following items missing. _________, ________, ________ (list the items you want). I would really like them back because I don’t know how I could go on playing your game without these. I’ve given this game a lot of time and dedication and it would all be a waist without these.
