This is SO wrong! This is my favourite book in the series, and by pushing it back until next July, you're DEcreasing my interest and excitement in seeing the movie, not INcreasing it. You'll make more money if you just keep the release date to November. PLEASE, do not do this!
I feel that we have waited long enough for the sixth Harry Potter film. Who cares how long we have 2 wait for the 2 part Deathly Hallows film. I think that WB is goin to loose it to the fans because we make it possible for the film to become highly grossed. I really want the film to go back to the schedule or even push it just to around December.
I support this petition. As many others have said, I will wait and see it at the dollar theatre. If I have to wait 11 months what's another couple more? I'd rather wait than give these greedy people their money
I support this petition. It's absolute crap to have a huge fan base, and then when it comes down to last few months, they postpone it for another 11 months. This is by far ridiculous.
If you are actually not done with the movie, that is one thing... but don't feed us crap about it being "the writer's crap" and "better marketing" when all it is about is... money money money. Harry Potter is a huge franchise and it's going to make mega bucks regardless of the release date. And if it is just a cover up for it not being done.. there is no excuse for not being honest and holding it off for THAT long. Thousands of fans will be disappointed and it gives WB a bad name after making million of dollars with The Dark Knight, still in search of money. Think about the fans... think about who you are actually marketing FOR! Yea.. the summer is a good market.. but by then maybe the people you were marketing for will be so pissed they just won't see it.. or will wait till DVD.. or worse... pirate it. You think DIE HARD people won't look for ways to get it especially if you are sitting on a completed project for 11 months. Doesn't sound very smart to me.
I support this petition. Regardless of their marketing tactics it does not change the fact that this movie will be successful under any circumstances. We fans are true to this franchise, whether they just like the movies or have read the books. The movies have inspired some like myself to read the books, and the original readers have supported it forever. They should know it is ludacris. Now the wait is longer, when it shouldn't be. Go tell your friends to support this.

No one gives a damn when it comes out, a lot of us would go on our mother's bloody birthday! As if you haven't sold enough tickets in the past! Honestly, my little cousin is seven, and in tears right now, because she was going to see it with me WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME OUT. I made her a costume! I've read her the books since she was four! No one cares that the wait for the seventh movies will be shorter! Haven't you noticed that Harry Potter fans have a tendancy to be rabid? And now you've gone and pissed us off! Smart! As bad as the last movie was watered down, the trailer made this one look promising! Move the fucking date back! Thank you!
WB is just a bunch of greedy old men. The movie deserves to be released on its original date. Plus Thanksgiving releases make just as much as Summer ones do.
