I'm extremely unhappy with Warner Bros. desicion to push back the next Harry Potter film. The fans will go and see it in great numbers whether it comes out in November or July. Why make us wait longer? The audience comes first, not your wallets.

I support this petition. It has become abundantly clear after this move that WB's decision to split the last book into two films was motivated purely by profit and not for the sake of the story. Honestly, how much money do these people need? How far will they go to alienate its fan base? It's a giant slap in the face to HP fans everywhere. WE pay to see these films and they should respect that, and they take us for granted. I urge everyone not to go on opening weekend to this movie if at all. Maybe we can give them at least a little lesson to not bite the hand that feeds you.

I think if this movie needs to be pushed back at all, it should stay within 2008. The reason they gave for postponement makes them look so greedy-- it is an enormous PR mistake on their part. For the sake of WB and all Harry Potter fans, Movie 6 should not wait until July.
