This change of date is ridiculous. Any loyal HP fan would see the movie no matter what season the movie releases, not to mention the script should be done anyway so what does that have to do with the strike? If you're worried about money, charge more at the movie theatres for the midnight showings-I'm sure many fans, including myself, would be much more willing to pay more to see it on November 21st than waiting more than a year to see a movie we've been planning to see for months.
I support this petition. WB is completely mental in thinking that it matters when the release is. This is HARRY POTTER! They could release on Christmas Day and it would still kill out everything else in the box office. I support this petition to the fullest extent. If the movie is finished, LET US SEE IT!
I support this petition. They could have told us earlier. We've waited too long and now we'll have too wait one more year. I do not believe their excuses. They've either run out of time and they do not admit it or they will earn more money if they release it on summer 2009.Thet should show some respect to the fans but I doubt they know the word respect. The only word they do know is the word MONEY
I support this petition.
P.S. Warner Bros. is being incredibly stupid. I am both a "Harry Potter" fan AND a "Twilight" fan (yes, both), and I plan on seeing both movies at least twice. STUPID MOVE!
I support this petition.
Warner Brothers are shameless. They clearly declared that the delay was meant to make more money, in complete dismissal of the fans who are eagerly looking forward to the film!
I'd rather boycott the film in that case - after all, the books are so much better anyway.
Warner Brothers are just a greedy, shameless company.
I support this petition!!!!
have they even consided HOW OLD daniel radciff is...this will push back deathly hallows, therefore making the actors even older.....
I support this petition. If there would be no problem letting the movie ou in November like WB said, what's the point of delaying? You need to realize that it's HARRY POTTER. Regardless of the time of year it comes out, it's going to rake in money because of the hardcore fans. OOTP made so much money partially because Deathly Hallows was to be released within the same month. Personally, I won't be watching or buying anything WB related until further notice, and I encourage others to do the same!
This isn't fair to us loyal Harry Potter fans. We've seen the trailers, we've seen the posters and WB got us all amped up for November 21st and ripped it up from right under us. If they were delaying this because of production issues, I'd totally understand. But they're only doing it because of a greedy box office strategy. Warner Bros. either get this movie back on track with its original release or let a REAL studio take over for the rest of the series.
I support this petition. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE, YOU HAD MANY FANS VERY ANXIOUS TO SEE THIS MOVIE AND IT WAS EVEN WORSE THAT U HAD TO SHOW US THE TRAILER AND THEN CHANGE THE RELEASE DATE,sure maybe it might make more money in july but think what about those absolutely loyal harry potter fans who are on vacation during july what about them and i will tell u last year i was upset because i was traveling in the summer while it came out so i had to wait till it came out on dvd in november, this is not the right move!
I support this petition.

i think they're afraid that the release of the movie "Twilight" and the animated star wars movies in December and November might affect the amount of money they get from the Harry Potter movie
rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr r
they shouldn't have said November if they didn't mean it!!!
*angry*
I support this petition. All you think about is money - you idiots. You have no respect for us fans, even though you get most of your money from us. And do you seriously think we will be happy to wait another 11 months. Think again!
Estou indignada!!!!!!!!!
I've already gotten some friends of mine to BOYCOTT YOUR MOVIE if you decide to release it later on.
We've always been good fans; we give you hundreds of millions of dollars every year. You are being greedy beyond measure, trying to squeeze every last penny out of your precious movie.
Insane. This must be a PR stunt. No responsible exec would make such a decision upsetting such rabid and committed fans with so many affordable and easily obtainable alternatives.
