3 members of the Canadian teen pop band 'Simple Plan', namely Pierre Bouvier,Chuck Comeau,Patrick Langlois, are facing a US federal prosecution for piracy of the 'Role Model' clothing band. They have been refused twice by the USPTO in trying to register 'Role Model' as a trademark in 2002 & 2007, plus having their offer in 2005 rejected, by the actual owners of the trademark. Regardless, they still went ahead and pirated the 'Role Model' clothing brand. By shipping across counterfeit clothing from Canada to the USA(illegal exports), they broke US federal law, even after been warned by the owners Role Model Clothing Inc(US). It's obvious that the person who created this petition is being sarcastic. Anyone who didn't get that *fails* xD.Personally, I think they're an awful band. I've heard their music, and I *used* to like them when I was about 11, but now I'm 13 and I realize how... BAD they are.I can think of at least 200 other bands and singers who wipe the floor with them. 'Nuff said ;).

welll i havent been on this site for a long long time! its really funny to see wat ppl have writen i use a different name every time i comment! its really weird seeing the things i wrote ages ago and the different stages i went though. let me begin well i used to be fulll Obsessed with simple plan you went though the whole stage of wanting to marry david then i went though the stage of hating them saying pierre is the biggest faggot but now im at the stage were i think that there fine. its weird to explain i have seen them i concert 5 times and every time just got better and better. i really miss them and i still want to marry david and i always will the feelings that i felt for him will always be in my heart some where. im just gonna say this site is pointless coz there is ppl that love, like and hate simple plan! thats always gonna be like that not just with simple plan but with every band! i met david from simple plan about a year or so ago it was the best exprence of my life he was the most wonderful guy and sooo down to earth so dont say any thing about them when u dont evern no them alright? good! some one get rid of this site and lets just go back to the pointless shitty cold days of our lives. well its good talking to all of u again tata beautifuls XoXoXoxoX!!!!!!!

just happen to come across this site and thought i'd make a point (or two) while i'm here. simple plan does NOT make music. i cannot understand how anyone can like listening to a bunch of mid-20s WHINE and BAWL about their so-called pathetic lives. their songs are annoying and immature...why waste your money on them when you can hear something quite similar from a bratty 5 year old? but you know what? it's ok. you like them only because you're still musically naive. when you grow out of them, you'll realise just how bad they sound. that's a promise. MUSE and ASH rock my socks any day!!
