As residents of VA we need to support the Transportation Funding Package-HB3202

Please review the link to theTransportation Bill -HB3202.


The major elements of the bill:
-Counties will NOT take over new subdivision streets that meet VDOT's new secondary street standards.

-Shall assist the comprehensive plan to incorporate principles of new urbanism and traditional neighborhood development.

Petetion will be sent to Gov. Kain by March 30th 2007 to support this bill.
