Joel and hilary are dating. It was in 3 of my magazines, people in the Hilary duff fan club, and people are talking about(in fan clubs, school ext.) it. Plus at the VMA's(video music awards) they went together, and they came out holing hands and then Hilary said "my boyfriend Joel........." so she said "my boyfriend" about Joel. And Joel is helping Hilary make her new sound. AND at an interview with Joel anh Hilary they even said it themselves. So in conclusion there was pictures of them together kissing holding hands and more, so they ARE dating. there is alot more proof and info but it's to much to write and plus I can't think of it right this minute. So they are boy friend and girl friend.
