Nicky & Mark Hardingham have been the victims of a miscarriage of justice. Their three children have been taken away from them in a "hostile adoption" by the Norfolk Social Services following allegations of abuse, when vital medical evidence was ignored by the family courts.

Since then, Nicky has given birth to a baby boy, Brandon, and fears that Norfolk Social Services will attempt to take young Brandon into care.

We, the undersigned, believe that Nicky & Mark should be allowed to keep Brandon.

224 12 Aug 2007 - 19:52    Chloe : The wrong children are being taken into care, i have a friend who has been taken into care as themother asked for a rest for a week, the children have been in care for 6 months as the social services have dug up the past which is nothing to do with why the children were put in care, its children like the little girl who recently died from being beaten who should of been put in care for her own health ! its not fair on the parents who are loving to their children and i think social services are just their to teap apart loving families.

The children should be returned to them with apologies and compensation. Also compensation should be paid to the other people who adopted in good faith. Mistakes like this cannot occur, and would not if the do gooders realised the consequencies for themselves. Those social workers should be punished and made to realise the heartbreak they have caused the parents. This happens too often and this country's authorities seem to be lacking in common sense.

They accused my mum of abuse and neglect and despite me and my sister both saying she did nothing to us they still went to court. they think they know everything yet all they do is split up families, not actually help. Good luck, hope it works out for you. It did for us in the end - perseverence pays off eventually.

The police have dropped any charges and there is no case to answer on the Hardinghams part. Their life must be in tatters, this is too cruel to believe. The government have a dut to intervene.
