What can be done? this is crazy - is there any County that has good Social workers in it with something between their ears? This makes me ashamed to consider this a Country worth supporting - what has gone wrong must be remedied - corrected - put right immediately. If the parents are good parents then that is where their children need to be WITH THEM.

I support this petition.those children should be returned to their biological parents , if not then the system has created a delayed timebomb . will the system pick up the mental pieces of those scarred children in the future ? i think not ! their needs to be more transparency within the legal system , too much behind closed doors happening !

I am shocked and upset that if there is good supporting evidence that their three other children should never have been taken from them...that they should be given all their children back...how do we ordinary folk help fight with them on this point please?

I think its disgusting that now they have been found innocent that they should be kept from their children, it will be traumatic for the children to be away from their real parents and the adoptive parents should be forced to let the true parents have access to their children.
I support this petition. what on earth were the authorities thinking? osteogenesis imperfecta is not uncommon (my own children suffer from it) and so called educated people should have been helping this family, not tearing it apart. I'm disgusted.
I have just watched the panorama doc and I'm still in utter shock that this has happened to 2 parents. My sincere wishes are with you both and for your children too. They must be wondering why the hell this has happened. I pray for you to have your 4 children with you as a family again as soon as absolute possible. With very best wishes to you both.

My family has been destroyed by Norfolk Social Services. We no longer have contact with our grandson and my daughter now childless, and she lives in fear that any future children she may have will be taken by the authority.

The wrong children are being taken into care, i have a friend who has been taken into care as themother asked for a rest for a week, the children have been in care for 6 months as the social services have dug up the past which is nothing to do with why the children were put in care, its children like the little girl who recently died from being beaten who should of been put in care for her own health ! its not fair on the parents who are loving to their children and i think social services are just their to teap apart loving families.
finally common sense has prevailed and nicky and mark have been allowed to take baby brandon home. The authorities ought to hold their heads in shame for what they have put this family through
I think it is disgusting that the authorities have too much power to do something like this to a family. They abuse that power. The children should be returned to them with apologies and compensation. Also compensation should be paid to the other people who adopted in good faith. Mistakes like this cannot occur, and would not if the do gooders realised the consequencies for themselves. Those social workers should be punished and made to realise the heartbreak they have caused the parents. This happens too often and this country's authorities seem to be lacking in common sense.

social services are the most evil people that ever walked on this earth. They have got to STOP this form of legalized child snathing. social services never change do they? They accused my mum of abuse and neglect and despite me and my sister both saying she did nothing to us they still went to court. they think they know everything yet all they do is split up families, not actually help. Good luck, hope it works out for you. It did for us in the end - perseverence pays off eventually.
