A few years ago I bought some posters from adamhershauctions. When I went to pay for them I about crapped my pants when I saw the shipping costs. I thought I was getting a deal on the posters until then. I had to pay because I had won the auction on ebay. When I finally got the posters they were damaged and one was missing. I emailed them and they said they would send me a replacement. It never came. I finally filed with paypal who gave me a refund for the poster I never received and more because of the rediculous shipping charges. Then adamhersh started emailing me over and over, sending me invoices and such for MORE THAN PAYPAL REFUNDED. So not only did they want the money they lost back, they wanted more. I kept emailing them back saying too bad, you screwed me, paypal protected me, get over it. The last email I received was more than a year later and they threatened to file a lawsuit. I laughed and asked why they would sue me for $60 and to go ahead. I never heard from them again. They should never be allowed to sell anything anywhere ever again. I support this petition.

I support this petition. Poster bought september 9th 2008, now Dec 1. Despite numerous emails (with polite replies!) there has stillnot been any poster delivered!

I support this petition. If this is such a bad seller, why on earth didn't they have a worse feedback percentage?? I have been waiting 3 months for a poster that was supposedly damaged by the post office and sent back, and now is on "back order". Emails and phone calls not returned. I have a very disappointed 11 year old son.

I purchased 9 posters from them on 12.28.07 I still havent rec. them or a 3 time promised refund!!! They suck!! I tried to be patient and deal with them till it was too late to file a dispute with ebay or paypal..I must be a huge sucker I guess? Im so pissed about this that I would love to hear on the news how their business was destroyed by tornado or fire or some bad disaster...Ugly I know but i didnt lose .99

I ordered a poster it took 4 weeks to arrive. I wrote them, they didn't write back. I wrote again and again. Finally left them negative feedback, they did same to me but I got it removed so there Adam !

I ordered a poster from Adam Hersh on eBay on 12/7. I paid with Paypal. I got a notice that the post office was notified to EXPECT it for shipping. It has never shipped. Their phone is now disconnected. They are scam artists like I've never seen before!!!!!!

Terrible. they charged me $39, $14 insurance! on 9 posters. they came in one, one-pound tube, which accordding to USPS cost $4.60 to send. they refuse to make right on their thievery. BUYER BEWARE of Adam Hersh Crooks, Inc.the art posters are the poorest quality I have ever seen....prints of prints of prints of prints....

My experience mirrors everyone else's. I received 5 damaged posters from Adam Hersh and sent them back, never receiving replacements. Paypal won't honor my claim against them because I didn't get a tracking number for the posters I sent back. I now have no posters and spent $25 on shipping and $20 on posters. DO NOT BUY FROM ADAM HERSH POSTERS! Worst e-buying experience I've ever had.

Sent payment and never received item. Seller did not respond to multiple communication attempts. Have opened a dispute with Paypal and am planning to send his name to the attorney general.

I ordered a poster for my son LAST x-mas and haven't rec. it or my money back after repeated requests to Adam Hersh. This company really SUCKS BIG TIME!!! Never buy anytthing from them- EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

i live in the Lebanon, and paypal does not support credit cards here so i had to pay using a prepaid internet cards, and still did not receive a thing.
