It appears that everyone is receiving the same automated emails. 1. Give it up to 14 days. 2.All delayed items are now shipped 3. Item was damanged by post office.("Oh but we will replace at no cost to you") Then when we (the customer) get feds up with the conflicting stories and either asks for a refund or reports to paypal or ebay..they are then ignored by Adam Hersh Auctions. When appropriate feedback is left this seller replies with negative feedback on the buyer even if the buyer paid for item within minutes of the auction ending. Ebay is also partly to blame for this because they are allowing it to continue. Will definitely report this poor business practice to paypal,ebay and BBB. Lousy seller with poor communication and exorbitant shipping costs! Still in time for Christmas, right? Wrong. Still never received, again emailed them numerous times. No product. Warned I would have to give negative feedback, they simply sent me the same auto-email they sent me a month ago. It's now the end of December, no product, no refund. I also see another person was told their item was damaged and would reship, but they didn't receive anything either. Apparently this is a SCAM. I, like everyone else, will contact paypal and ebay, and hopefully if they continue to get enough complaints they will react. I don't want the negative hit on my ebay account just because he still hasn't delivered, but i'm not leaving positive feedback - he currently has 660 negative hits in this 30 day period. Adam Hersh emailed me today and said that they could not complete our transaction until we removed the complaints from PayPal and eBay. We emailed back and told them that they either complete the transaction or we will file a class action lawsuit against them along with other victims of his scam. Also thought about notifying all those agencies/organizations that he touts as references on his website. Might do some good.
