Purchased 3 posters from hi and 5 posters from another (astroshoppe) got the posters from astroshoppe within 15 days even though they are from india (One of the farthest country from usa) But still waiting for the hersh's posters.
373 3 Apr 2006 - 9:29    clarityak3 : I support this petition. i bought 5 posters from adam hersh and had problems with every single one of them and i am still have problems with the last one!!!! i ordered this last poster from them in january...STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED! i've e-mailed, i've called...COUNTLESS times....COUNTLESS...and when i called they said it was out of stock and i should have gotten an e-mail...and to expect the poster in 7-10 days...its been a little over a month since i talked to that sales rep. that was just this last poster every other time they messed up my checkout, charged me WAY too much and i had to call at least 3 times for each poster. this has just gone too far now.

I paid for the items on N0v 23rd 2005, lived up to my end of sale he did not now I have to pay to have neg feedback removed.

I finally got a real email response (I think)on the day I left the neg feedback, saying I should have received poster by now, but to go to their website and fill out a refund claim. I had to mail an actual letter requesting a refund, which didn't even state how long I have to wait for the refund. The next day I get another email stating they just received back my damaged poster from the post office, and that since I am so patient that I can have choose TWO new replacement posters in its place, but my original poster is no longer available. I emailed back saying I did not want any replacements, that I already mailed a letter requesting a refund.They will not remove their neg feedback unless I remove mine. My feedback to them is justified and fair. Their feedback to me and ethics are just plain extortion! Customer service ****s. KICK THEM OFF EBAY!

Even though the same day he resolved the issue. He never responded back to 9 emails and sent me an email asking for my feedback. It stated that if i have any problems to email ASAP, i did..no response. He is an jerk and even left abd feedback for me!

I had this huge gash right across my poster, I didn't know about their "happiness" policy. They were trying to hide it or something, it wasn't CLEAR on the bidding page. The shipping was outrageous for a big piece of paper. Now I don't even want the poster anymore, I just want my refund. But those jokes already said they sent it. My first non-textbook purchase of Ebay, a horrible disaster. I'm terribly disappointed in the quality of the people behind adam hersh, they are rude towards those with understandable problems and left negative feedback as a form of revenge.

This seller has stolen thousands of $$$$ from more than 700 people and Ebay and Paypal are condoning this theft.After all, they are collecting fees on each sale. Over charges for shipping, charges for insurance and then does not purchase ins.700 buyers X $10 average purchase = $,7000 stolen by adamhersh.

Give it up to 14 days. 2.All delayed items are now shipped 3. Item was damanged by post office.("Oh but we will replace at no cost to you") Then when we (the customer) get feds up with the conflicting stories and either asks for a refund or reports to paypal or ebay..they are then ignored by Adam Hersh Auctions. When appropriate feedback is left this seller replies with negative feedback on the buyer even if the buyer paid for item within minutes of the auction ending. Ebay is also partly to blame for this because they are allowing it to continue. Will definitely report this poor business practice to paypal,ebay and BBB. I will also post this link to the petition on my feedback when I leave it. Something needs to be done about this scam artist. Thank You for allowing us to voice our concern. Sheri Lawrence

In a world where you place an Amazon order on Monday, and you have your item on Thursday, the only excuse for an "in-stock" item to take a month to be delivered is bad management. For a $2 poster, I was charged $12 for postage & handling.

I bought a poster from him and he never responded to my inquiries, his website was constantly down, and then he has the nerve to leave bad feedback for me. His shipment was supposed to come within 14 days--which is absurd in itself--but it took 25 days, with no apology or anything! Adam Hersh is a fraud, and one of the most dissrespectful business owners I have come in contact with. He needs to be stopped NOW.

It's now Dec. 29th, still no item. All attempts at contact get a canned email response. I too anticipate getting negative retailiatory feedback when I leave him his well earned negative feedback. Lousy seller with poor communication and exorbitant shipping costs! A look at his feedback history shows many complaints about never receiving the item and him using negative feedback as retaliation. 3800+ total negative feedback and 3200 of it earned in the last 12 months! C'mon eBay should do something about this guy!

I, like many others, made the mistake of not reviewing their negative feedback before bidding and paying for a Christmas gift for my husband on Nov.8th. Product never arrived, i emailed several times, finally got an answer that my poster was damaged and they would reship at no cost to me since it wasn't my fault. Wonderful. Still in time for Christmas, right? Wrong. Still never received, again emailed them numerous times. No product. Warned I would have to give negative feedback, they simply sent me the same auto-email they sent me a month ago. It's now the end of December, no product, no refund. I also see another person was told their item was damaged and would reship, but they didn't receive anything either. Apparently this is a SCAM. I, like everyone else, will contact paypal and ebay, and hopefully if they continue to get enough complaints they will react. I don't want the negative hit on my ebay account just because he still hasn't delivered, but i'm not leaving positive feedback - he currently has 660 negative hits in this 30 day period. There has to be a limit to what ebay will allow! THIS IS JUST BAD BUSINESS FOR ALL!!!

Now getting occasional emails saying it has been reshipped and thanks for being patient. Over a month now. This is a horrible company and the worst online transaction I have ever had.

Got a lame excuse that USPS mangled the poster and it will be shipped out promptly. Please define promptly. A 99 cent poster with $1.99 for forced insurance and $8.99 for shipping. If there are so many damaged items, doesn't it beg the question on what the posters are being shipped in? The USPS is a reliable business, Adam Hersh can not say the same. Try email them to get problem resolution, your doubts will be confirmed. So far it has only been 2 months since I payed for this item and not received it. I have also formally complained to eBay about this transaction.

Had one decent transaction but had 1 horrible one took 29 days to get item was never informed that it was supposedly damaged, found out from emails to find out where it was. All you get it autoresponse rarely a normal response, his tracking page doesn't work left note of that in emails to him and absolutely no response when item arrived they send me an email back saying it's on it's way they still didn't even check on it when they said they did research on the matter. The worst i have ever dealt with on ebay.
339 29 Dec 2005 - 7:01    dstemple : I guess I've joined the ranks of the Adam Hersh victims. I just wanted to add that I have filed a formal complaint with the FTC Internet Fraud Division. Adam Hersh emailed me today and said that they could not complete our transaction until we removed the complaints from PayPal and eBay. We emailed back and told them that they either complete the transaction or we will file a class action lawsuit against them along with other victims of his scam. Also thought about notifying all those agencies/organizations that he touts as references on his website. Might do some good. Also might be a good idea to file a complaint with the state Attorney General in your state as well as NY and FL, the two states he operates out of
