How did Hilary Duff get so skankish so fast? The horse teeth, that anorexic look? Hilary hired boyfriend Joel Madden to so-call "fix" her teeth and she went to a plastic surgeon to get a Body Job because she was sick of everyone saying she was fat (which she teally was).
