Puerto Rico is a dump of an island. It is dirty and poverty-stricken. We should not make the little waste site a state. First of all, no Puerto Rican EVER speaks English correctly, and the ones that do speak a million words a minute. It would take billions of dollars to educate these people. Puerto Ricans also commit 85% of the crimes here in New York state. Could you imagine how much the crime rate would go up if we let them be part of America? Puerto Ricans are worthless pieces of shit. They should in NO WAY be part of the great American empire.
