This is rediculous.. seriously! what kind of crap is that.. anyone under 18 on the weekends cant go to the mall with out an parent.. when you were young did you want to go places with your parents?.. That is absolutely retarded! and it is by far one of the biggest mistakes for many reasons, they are definatle going to loose alot of business.. and im sure when people find this out it wont be good.. big mistake..
I like to go to the mall without a parent and I buy things whenever I go so it's not like I'm just "hanging out" there but I also go to see my friends and there is no place for us to go to see our friends that go to different schools anymore.
Not all under 18's go to the mall just to hang out. Many of them have more disposable income than the adults, and spend it in shops designed specifically for their age group - which are in abundance at your Mall. 16+'s have their own transportation and can easily spend their cash somewhere else - and I am sure they will. What foolishness.
Thats not fair. I go to the mall every weekend with my friends to buy stuff and ive never gotten in trouble once and now your saying I wont be able to go. That just pisses me off. Its a place where people go to meet wiht friends, get something to eat, and buy clothes and stuff and your taking that away from us.

i am a 40 year old woman and i always let my kids go to the mall and im not white trash i treat my kids goood and never got it up the but so i want the mall to remain the same way
Constricting the mall to citizens 18+ is absurd incongruous bull ****. I'm not being s a self-absurbed teenager, i'm thinking logically, unlike the illogicial dense owners of the mall. It is a place where parents can take their kids to get a brake, and where kids can see their friends, shop and relax. ALthough closing the mall down for us teenagers would not kill the ecomony it would most likly cause the mall to generate less profit. Face it, we don't shop with our parents.
obviously there are a fair share of teens who go to the mall and cause disruption, and swear. However they are also a large portion of business. Even so, teens are not the only people who cause disturbance, by targeting kids you are stereotyping teens as a group, and saying adulty are always right and goody 2 shoes. Adults have they're problems too.
Ok seriously people. What is with all of this anti-teen news lately? No mall rights on weekends? Driving age might be raised to 17 and a half? I think that a serious compromise is in need to stop all of this nonsence. If anything at the least I think that they should lower the age to 16 instead of having it at 18 for the mall. This is so rediculous. Some of us are old enough to drive cars, have babies, get jobs, and to drop out of school, but we can't have the decensy to go shopping on weekend nights? May I remind you that weekend nights are basically the only times when people our age can actually go shopping because of school, sports, etc. If this rule follows through it would result in drastic business loss and an outrages attitude in our community. Don't forget Holyoke mall that our generation is the future of America. We are people too. So don't treat us like crap.

This isnt going to work, people will sneak in and then alot more bad things will happen, and what kind of public mall doesnt allow kids to go to it, parents cant always go with there children, parents work alot so if a child wants to spend their money, they cant go to the holyoke mall to spend it so they will go else where and you guys will lose money, this isnt a good idea, if you are worried about kids messing up the mall then higher you security, dont punish all the kids of others mistakes!

the mall should be open to everyone. its not our fault,the kids, that some other people are intimidated by us when most of us do absolutely nothing wrong except mabey be a bit to loud. some kids may cause trouble and give people a reason to be nervous about us being somewhere but thats what the malls security is for. hire more security if need be but not all kids are trouble makers.
