I support this petition. Brooke Smith is an amazing actress and a great addition to the Grey's cast. In firing her, you have ruined a storyline and a character of great depth and alienated dedicated fans. This decision was clearly homophobic, despite network claims to the contrary, and I will no longer be watching Grey's Anatomy.
Why the homophobia? Didn't you get the memo, ABC: it's 2008 and a new era of HOPE has come to America... do you really wanna be on the wrong side of history?

I support this petition. Hahn was the only character on the show that had morals and beliefs which is what made her such a strong woman and presence on the show. Guess the suits at ABC dont like a powerful woman. Bring back Hahn!! Brooke your awesome!!!!
The ONLY reason I started watching Grey's was because of Callica... and then days before I am thinking of going out and buying the dvd's to catch up... this happens. SO not doing that... or watching grey's anymore.

This is why sexual orientation needs to be included in federal legislation against employment discrimination. An extraordinary actress, doing excellent work is fired in a clearly homophobic move by ABC and its overlord, Disney. Reprehensible behavior worthy of boycotting.

I support this petition. Dr. Hahn deserved more than such a stupid, offensive exit, and ABC/Grey's should be ashamed of the way they treated Ms. Smith, her character and the delicate storyline she was in. The Callie/Erica romance was a highlight in S4. Don't fire Brooke because the writers made terrible choices.
