I support this petition. Terrence did an awesome job in the first movie, despite the size of his role, but this created even more anticipation to see him in the 2nd as War Machine.
Please don't replace Howard! He was perfect in the role in the first movie. You will severely distract movie patrons if you replace one of the main characters for the sequel. Think of the fans...
I support this petition. I once worked at Marvel and love all Marvel characters and comics. I even met Terrence Howard and gave him my copies of War Machine #1 and Iron Man #118 which I KNOW he appreciated and loved so much. He is the only Rhodey!! Favreau - WTF?!!! Replacing Terrence is a HUGE mistake and would disappoint Iron Man/War Machine fans everywhere not to mention RUIN the image Terrence Howard already put in our minds of what Rhodey looks like, his demeanor, etc. HOWARD MUST ABSOLUTELY BE BROUGHT BACK!!!!!
I support this petition. I loved the first Iron Man and saw it over and over again but C'MON! Don Cheadle as any sort of superhero?? Acting ability aside, I just don't see him embodying the role of War Machine. If this is a money issue, they need to work it out. I'm sure they've made more than enough money to reach a favorable agreement with Terrence Howard. It's been said but it bears repeating--if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I support this petition. I am highly disappointed in the decision to drop Howard. While I like Cheadle, Howard was great and there was no reason for his firing.

Terrence Howard is the right man for the job. He has the right attitude and proper look. Don Cheadle is not the same caliber of actor and would dumb down the phenominal cast.
He did a wonderful job, keep him on! Franshises just aren't the same when you switch main characters. It would be a disservice to the films.

I support this petition. I saw the movie in theaters 3 times and bought my own copy recently. it won't be the same without Terrence Howard. Marvel, reconsider.
Cheadle is indeed a great actor, but he's not Rhodes and he's sure as hell not War Machine. Howard was great, Marvel is shooting themselves in the foot if they don't get him back at all costs.
I will not go see this movie if howard is not in it, i love cheadle as a actor but dammit its not the same stop screwing up, if your willing to pay all the other bloated actors for flops then pay a great supporting actor for a blockbuster
