I support this petition. I enjoyed how the two actors seemed to have very good on screen chemistry. They were able to play off each other well and made their friendship seem real and incredibly genuine. They weren't like other comic book movies where the characters seemed stiff and boring.
If his departure from the second film was a money issue, perhaps you should rethink the decision. As much as myself and I am sure others enjoyed Iron Man because of the effects and the comic book history behind it. We will come back to watch your sequels because the actors and actresses make us believe the story you are trying to convey, even if it is for only a few short hours.
I support this petition. Terrance Howard and Robert Downey have set a creative standard in terms of establishing the two main characters. To go and pull Howard and replace him will change no only Rhodes, but also the relationship with Stark, and that will change the feel for the movie.
T. Howard should stay in as Rhodes. Nothing against Cheadle but that would be like replacing Jordan during that Finals winning shot a few years back. Not too mention T. Howard is exactly the depiction I had reading the comics growing up!

We're all sick of it, only the mindless mainstream will eat it up
Terrence Howard is a fine second-teir actor who signed on when the franchise was speculative. To ditch him in favor of an a-list star now that the franchise is so successful is simply cheap and disloyal. Cut the guy a break. Given the right opportunities, like this one, Howard has the chance to be the forefront in the next generation of Black men actors.
I support this petition. Terence Howard was excellent in his performance in the first Iron Man and should reprise his role in the 2nd. I for one, won't be seeing the sequel if Don Cheadle is to take the role from him.
