We drive over 12 hours to visit this fort and have people from Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Kansas, Oklahoma, Indiana, Colorado, and Illinois coming to this place every year. Think of all that residue income that comes into to the state of Illinois. Without this historic site we will look for a different event in a different state. Huge loss !
