Don't you hate it when pregnant women smoke tobacco or drink alcohol and then they say well its my body and I can do what I want?

Well it may be the woman's body but the child she carries isn't her body and technically its against the law to drink or smoke or do dip if under the law restricted age and while the woman might meet those age restrictions remember the child she carries doesn't cause he's not even a second old yet cause he is not born yet. I am making this petition cause I wasn't allowed to refuse a sell of tobacco to a pregnant lady and it made me mad I had to sell it so please lets make this a law people nation wide that is and stop women from being allowed to buy this if we can't get any thing else accomplished lets at least get this done. Thanks.

While I'm pro-choice for abortion, that is only because unplanned babies are more than likely a burden for America to handle. However, if a woman PLANS on becoming a RESPONSIBLE parent, she should have learned from the beginning that providing the best for your child includes making personal sacrifices for the well-being of his/her life. Yes, I understand that smoking/drinking are horrible addictions, but if you care enough about your own health as well as your child's, then you must remember that this is America and you CAN get the proper help, as long as you are willing to try. If you have a wish to quit smoking/drinking, see your doctor to make plans for quitting immediately before your child comes out retarded or physically disabled. THINK AHEAD, because no matter how poor you are, you can do anything if you try!

Actually I'm against smoking altogether, but smoking and drinking during pregnacy is not good either and can cause fetal alcohal syndrome and other problems.

Stop Women who are pregnant from buying alcohol and tobacco cause it harms the kid that the woman is carrying.
