i need paypal, i believe that there are lots of indonesia user who didn't do fraud, please. we really need paypal, it's not fair just because only 5 % user did fraud but the other 95% got the effect!!! WE NEED PAYPAL
Paypal is really needed in Indonesia. We're a growing country with 220 million people. Imagine if only 0.001% using your account and just 5% of them is carder (if you are worried). You still have lots and tons of money to cover them and to duplicate using investment right? If citibank, HSBC or other multinational bank aren't afraid to open their branches in Indonesia. Why should paypal be afraid?
Only small percentage of Indonesian Internet Users are carders/crooks. The rest of us are regular people just like the rest of US Citizens. Stop discriminating against us. We have money and we have the need to conduct business in the 'net too!
I have informed our little project here to Paypal and they have replied back. Although there's no certain decision from Paypal yet concerning the addition, they stated that it's always a pleasure to expand their service. It will indeed take time however we can just hope for Paypal higher echelon to announce the good news.
I support this petition since I need Paypal to transfer a heck load of money and Indonesia happened to be one of the countries I often send money to. Also, Paypal can get enormous charges on each transaction due to the currency.

I do not support this petition. Until the Indonesian government starts putting scammers in jail, there is no point. The Indonesian e-commerce community must prove their will by exposing who these scammers are to the authorities.
I support this petition. After the bomb, many people in Bali have lost their chances to trade and using PayPal could open up many other possibilites. It is wrong to assume all Indonesians are scammers.
I support this petition, I had contacted paypal couple of months ago about this and nothing happened, Indonesia still blaclisted. Hope by sending this petition, Indonesia can be heard.

Paypal should add indonesia in country list. it's dificult to play online game.... because they game provider accept payment only from paypal. peace man
Carders do not belong in the internet community. They should be banned from any business activity from within and outside Indonesia, even any other place in the world. However Indonesia is under heavy development and the e-business/commerce laws are on its way to be written soon. Please, when the e-business/commerce laws become clear and legitimate, reconsider Indonesia as part of the business traffic as it will bring positive contribution and benefits to both of our sides.
Paypal may need manual approval for Indonesian paypal. since the environment change a lot of people looking to online business. it's really good market.

PayPal is like any other profit seeking companies. If it were really lucrative, others would invest in Indonesia.
They alleged Indonesia as a country of scams and fled the country? PayPal should have invested more in security.

Information is the for Knowledge...
People in Indonesia are the same as human in other country, so this is really discrimination if Indonesia is not listed on paypal. Terorist, criminals can be everywhere and not only identical with Indonesia. If Paypal have heart I am sure Indonesia will be listed, because everyone apply for paypal they trust paypal 100% and the other way arround paypal also have to trust the people from any country who want to use their service. Paypal, PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT!!!
