No dog should ever be left unattended anywhere, let alone when it is tied up by the collar on a grooming table, where it could fall off and hang itself--dogs are just like 2 year olds and if they are not attended to properly there is sure to be an accident!! Please make this a proper rule and then make sure the rule is enforced!!

Duhhhhhhhh!People should think ahead of all their actions. Like: What could happen if I leave this dog on the table with a rope around his neck. It could haave been so easly avoided if people were held responsible for their actions. The facts are they left him there and he was under their suppervions. They took a life away and for that they are guilty.

The loss of Jag is a terrible & completely foreseeable tragety. While the initial offense of leaving the dog unattended was a stupid and foolish lapse in judgement the cover-up is completely intolerable and places the initial mistake in a completely different perspective. The handlers should be prosecuted to the full extend. While the "Jag" rule will not eliminate stupidity it will give power to anyonr observing such carelessness. Our condolenses to Jags family.
