I am writing to you regarding the case involving Jamal Hart #50597-066 being held inside the Federal Correctional Institution Schuylkill located in Minersville, PA. Specifically, it’s in regards to his unlawful incarceration because of a 1995 assault conviction that does not even exist. This has been confirmed by prison officials at FCI Schuylkill.

Your honor, this atrocious act of injustice will not go unchecked nor go upon deaf ears for this is of public interest. As a member of the general public, I am urgently requesting you make the ruling to have Mr. Hart immediately released from FCI Schuylkill.
