We the friends of JARMAN LYLE (a.k.a. The Chef, Jazz Bear, Chris, All-American Male, Luda-Chris, Hottest Dude in Logan, Jeff, King of the Trailer Empire, C.E.O., Big Love, Ken Barbie, Cheffrey, Yellow Horse) worked feverishly to convince Jarman to join ABC's "The Bachelor" earlier this year. Our efforts were for naught because Jarman refused to accept the invitation extended to him to audition. Thus we feel it is necessary to take a more drastic measure to bring Jarman, with his Fabio-like physique, extreme handsomeness, sparkling personality, and abnormally small hands, first to the great state of Utah, then to America, and ultimately to the entire world. Utahns from Logan to St. George need to meet Jarman and more importantly, need to celebrate his life and honor this truly amazing man.

By way of this petition we will convince the State of Utah to rename AUGUST 10th (Jarman's birthday) "JARMAN 'CHEF' LYLE DAY" and declare it a state holiday. Banks, post offices, and all state agencies will close and children who attend year-round school will be able to take the day off in honor of Jarman. Who among us doesn't need an extra day off in August?

Please sign this petition and pledge your support so that Jarman can be honored along with all the other great leaders in history who have a holiday in their honor such as Honest Abe Lincoln, George Washington, Martin Luther King, Brigham Young, and Santa Clause.

I love Jarman And if nothing else he deserves to have that day off. I remember one year for his birthday I gave him a shirt I stole from his closet prior. He is so much fun and I have often missed his friend ship through the years I also heard him referred to as jabba ( jabba the hut)He really just as kind as he is ridiculously good looking. maybe he should consider male modeling. WOMEN WANT HIM... AND MEN WANT TO BE HIM.

I met Jarman for the first time yesterday and feel that this holiday is well deserved. On my first encounter with him, he offered to be my bodygaurd, help me roommate fix her tire and he also volunteered to give his right kidney to someone in need. Those unfortunate to not know this young man will greatly benefit from a holiday in his honor to learn more about him!

I got to know Jarman while i lived with Scott Brady (hi Scotty). I can honestly say that I've never met a more derserving and more good looking guy (and that's saying a lot because I'm really good friends with Koby Bryant). I even offered to pay him once to make out with me but he refused. I miss him like the desert misses the rain.

I was honored to watch jarman being scared to death on a 10 foot high carnival ride for kids in logan, utah. I can't remember laughing so hard in all my life.

I, for one, have not had the pleasure of getting to know Jarman up close and personal. Hell, I don't even know how he got most of those nicknames, but that's not important. What's important is that I like them! I like them very much! And on another important note- I am very familiar with the legacy of Jarman. I hereby declare my support of this proposal and will most likely try to get a job as a mailman so I can have the day off. Thank you!

Man, I remember when I played for the Cavs and evertime i came to salt lake i looked forward to seeing the jazz bear perform. that man has talent. i can't tell you how bummed i was when i signed here in utah only to find out that yellow horse had hung up the jazz bear suit and started a trailor empire. i'm happy for him and all, but it would be nice to have in on the court again. anywho, all jazz players are dedicating this season to chef and hope that he gets a holiday to celebrate his birf. peace out bitches

Jarman is a good man. He deserves a holiday in his honor. Many women in my state worship him and want him to father their babies. There is always a home for Jarman in the state of California.

Although I think JARMAN'CHEF'LYLE day should be a NATIONAL holiday instead of just a state holiday, I still support this petition. Jarman (Yellow Horse) has influenced my life in so many ways and the rest of the state deserves to have him in their lifes as well. I assume there would be an annual parade with Chef on the float, right? I would camp out 2 days in advance just to be on the front row.
