Please bring some justice to this woman. She was old enough to marry,and she chose the man she wanted. She had to die for her choice.I would hate to know if I choose an egg sandwich over a ham ,I might be shot, or have my throat slashed open, because someone thinks I should eat ham. No diffrence really at all.We are all individuals,so we will not choose what others think we should.She should not have died. I think someone needs to show they have a backbone,and quit letting the politics of money & a money-driven society influence the results of this woman's("Jassi)right to life. She no longer has life,but I would hope this same thing would happen for me if the time comes and I die for a choice I might make my family dislikes. I know I 've made many choices my family did not like or approve,but it was my life to live and learn,such as Jassi's should have been. JUSTICE FOR JASSI !!!
So very sorry for this terrible crime. Make sure they pay for this crime, extridite them out of Canada, that way they can get the death penalty. Here in Canada, no one gets the death penalty. Don't go for the death penalty ubtil after they are extridited or Canada will not allow them to leave as they are safe here. Sad to say, but we do need to bring back the death penalty here, too many murders seek protetion when it should be and eye for and eye.

This murder case has been going on for so long. We need justice for Jassi. No where in the Sikh religion does it condone acts of violence, especially something as horrendous as this. Her mother and uncle are not Sikhs. They are murderers. How dare her uncle wear a turban and call himself a Sikh. And how dare they step foot into any temple again unless it is to ask for forgiveness for the cold-blooded, cowardly act they have committed. May Jassi Sidhu rest in peace.
This is unreal! It is time her family is brought to justice for thier crime - i know people who have done far far less and are left to rot in jail or live life on probation. They killed her and they should pay!
this is an outrage the legal department should find the mother and uncle and do the same to them instead of looking the other way. I wonder if it was one of their family members if they would look the other way.

I am deeply saddened by the murder of Jassi and my heart goes out to all that knew and loved her. I am truly appalled that any one can take ones life much less the life of their own flesh and blood. I am sickened by this injustice and Jassi deserves justice. I think Jassi’s family should pay to the full existent. I SUPPORT THIS PETITION!

This is a sick crime that has happened I believe that the family members involved in this crime need to be put in a room with all the friends of the victim and let them at them. And the police they need a smack for allowing this sickness what in the HELL is our world coming too ?

Jassi's locker was right beside mine throughout highschool. She was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. She never spoke ill of anyone and was always polite. I feel honored having known her.
Those family members who did this will burn in hell. By implying that money is more valuable than life it's self is pure arrogance and evil. If politicians are going to bring in their religous beliefs in to politics(despite that Canada is a multi-cultural Country) they need to act on such a matter due to their religious beliefs.
