Bring Justin Bieber to West Virginia for a concert

Us West Virginians love Justin Bieber, and we NEVER get concerts here unless it's a bunch of hillbillies that no one cares about, except Taylor Swift :) we love her so much. But, we really want someone good to come here, please sign this petition for us. I've already started a group on Facebook, but so far I've only gotten like 54 members. Just please please please sign this petition....for me? lol :)
