Mr. Jiang, a US Citizen, and his two children (ages 2 and 4) are losing their wife and mother due to a dysfunctional Immigration system.

We Need Your Help to Stop the Breakup of This Family!!!

Mr. Jiang followed the proper procedures to gain Permanent Residency status in the US for his wife. However, the immigration system denied his petition due to the fact that Mrs. Jiang entered the U.S. without proper authorization six years ago. On April 4th at 4 a.m., after exhausted appeals, the INS stormed their home and took Mrs. Jiang away, giving her only one minute to say goodbye to her children and husband. Since then, Mrs. Jiang has been held in the Hanover county jail while she awaits deportation. If deported, Mrs. Jiang will be forcibly separated from her children and husband for (10) ten years.

In tear-filled conversations, Mr. Jiang has asked for our help in contacting our congressmen and legislators to bring light to this situation and to fight for his family. We urge you to voice your concerns about this case by joining us in signing a petition that will be sent to all the congressmen and senators in our local area.

We the undersigned respectfully request the United States Government to grant relief to Mrs. Hui Dang Sun Jiang from her pending deportation, to immediately release her from detention, and to reopen her immigration case for her legal residency.
