Joel Fights Back

I stand with Joel in opposition to the recording industry’s abusive and illegal practices. There has got to be a better approach to protecting copyright law that does not depend on lawsuits against non-commercial users, and on persecuting and prosecuting individuals like Joel who are unable to adequately defend themselves.

I believe in a more open net where creative expression is shared for the benefit of both the Internet community and copyright holders.
