14 mounth old dog killed by a Judge

One beautiful day was ruined in Lika Field (Croatia) on 04.03.2007. Judge of District Court in Rijeka, Velimir Radišević has killed 14 month old dog Labrador-retriver by shooting him in head.
It happened when family Svast was walking young dog. At one point from the oposite side Radosevis with his family and their dog approached familiy Svast and their dog. Allegedly Radosevics' dog came to young retriver first. In the moment when dogs came close to each other, judge Radosevic took a gun and plug one shoot into a dogs head.
Radosevic is Judge and member of "shooting club Rijeka", so he has a licence for wearing a gun!
Now he is walking free from this incedent and owner of young retriver is facing a claim for not walking a dog on his leash.
Please don't let this man use his position to walk free.
There is no excuse for killing a young dog. Please help us.
