Juliet Homes, Houston based homebuilder, begun building hundreds of homes while not being registered as a builder in the State of Texas.

They have deceived the buyer by advertising as a "builder" before being registered. Those who purchased Juliet Homes may never know who the actual builder is, thus not be able to get shoddy construction fixed.

Demand Juliet Homes to be investigated by Texas Attorney General and Texas Residential Construction Commission. Demand Juliet disclose who is building their homes. If proven to be in violation, demand TRCC to revoke its registration and stop them from building.

Juliet Homes has sophisticated lawyers who send us donuts daily to me and my staff. We don't care about the homeowner, nor our waistlines. Did I mention, like the builders in Texas, we're all Fat and Happy?

From my understanding, Juliet Homes has been under state investigation and was recently fined $3,500 for not registering the homes with the state, as required by Texas State Law. According the Better Business Bureau, they are only a marketing company for Tremont Homes and have a Unsatsifactory Rating. Google Tremont Homes or Jordan Fogal and you can find a lot more information on the saga she went through. Here's a recent article from TRCC, which makes mention of Juliet Homes:FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CONTACT: Bill Childs DATE: June 14, 2007 (877) 651-8722 Commission Fines Builders More than $14,000 (AUSTIN) — At its June 13, 2007, meeting, the Texas Residential Construction Commission levied penalties against 10 builders/remodelers. Fines averaged $1,415. The commission fined Juliet Homes, LP, of Houston, $3,500 for failing to register homes as required by law and Dwight Hayes Construction, of Spring Branch, $1,000 for filing a false builder affidavit.

Juliet Homes incompetent in every way possible! I purchased my home in September 2006 from Juliet Homes. Had I known what kind of a company they were I would have never bought a Juliet Home. For starters I was pressured in to closing on my home before it was complete. As a result there are still items in my home that are not finished. Although they have made an attempt to repair some of the items; 75% of what they have tried to repair has either made the original issue worse or incomplete. Also, Juliet is in financial trouble and has stopped paying their contractors, as a result I have received liens on my home totaling over $10,000. I have lived in the community for over eight months that the gate for the community is still not complete. When I contact anyone from Juliet regarding the issues on my home they do not answer or return my calls. Another problem I have been faced with while living in my home was an open electrical permit. Lastly, due to Juliet’s incompetence my community has not gotten to fully utilize services of the warranty company or homeowners association. Also, there are at least six other homes in my community that have similar issues. Had I known what I was going to incur all of the problems with my home as a result of Juliet’s incompetence I would have NEVER purchased a home from Juliet Homes.I warn anyone willing to buy a home from Juliet Homes. Many of the homes that are currently under construction have been sitting idle for over six months and have been exposed to every element of the weather, and with Juliet’s history I would not trust them to do the proper remediation of these home before they finish construction, if in fact they ever plan to finish construction. Thanks very much for your support. Natalie Nichols

The TRCC let Tremont Staure off and they committed fraud. Among many other things like lying to the commission Tremont/Stature was thrown out of the Better Business Bureau This is the agency to protect consumers ...like the AG who does not have the time to look at our 12,000 complaints in Texas.Tremont has a felon as director and agent on his and Jorge Casimiro's companies. The TRCC is owned and controled by the builders nothing happens we have been waiting for 2 years..They bought the city of Houston Tremon Towers.Check it out.

Feb 7th all unhappy Juliet Home Owners are invited to testify at TRCC's Meeting Feb 7th at 1:00PM. TRCC's Board of Directors will be voting on an "Agreed Order" with the State of Texas, to basically keep quiet on this two year investigation and its findings. See you all there!

Just watched the 3/22 TRCC public meeting to find out the decision on Juliet Homes. The TRCC went into "executive session" and turned off the camera for the Juliet Homes/Bernie Kane possible violations discussion. They came out of the closed session with "No Action Taken" against Juliet. Can't the homeowner request a full hearing on Juliet Homes? How can the executive session be closed to the public?
