Now a days, Philippines faces many political, educational, economical and many more problems. Because of these we need the best president to manage Philippines. And I'm officially recommending Chairman Bayani Fernando because of the following reasons, but first we should know how To be the best president. A good president should follow the so called "POLC". POLC stands for planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Planning, systematically making decision about the goals that the organization will persue. Chairman Bayani Fernando is now planning for the better Philippines and you can see that thru his acts, plans, and action as the secretary of MMDA. Organizing, assembling and coordinating human, financial, physical, informational and other research needed to achieve the goal. Well, Chairman bayani Fernando organizes his people to beutify Philippines starting with Marikina city. Leading, mobilizing people. Chairman Bayani Fernando stimulate high poerformance to his people in marikina.And lastly, organizing, Learning and changing. It is thru Monitoring performance and making needed changes in marikina by Chariman Bayani Fernando.

I support this petition because I see hope and change through BF\'s walk the talk principle. He is the new Jose Rizal for me. Ang mga paraan ni BF sa pag-aayos ng ating mga sakit at hirap sa lipunan ay kalimitang kakaiba or \"unconventional\" sa karamihan sa maraming Pinoy. Ngunit ito ay simple lang sa maraming mga bansa ngayon...subok na nila. Maraming kinopya si BF sa ibang bansa...kalimitan galiong Asia, kaya Asian ang puso. Marami din naman siyang original ideas, kaya lokal ang puso rin...Asian fusion talaga. International and local ang mentality tuloy ni BF. And when you have good mentality, you also have good character. Kaya I agree, BF is a builder of character. I also believe that, as individuals, we need to have an upgrade in character so that collectively, this country that\'s rich in natural resources, will have a stronger and relisient character...proud and strong, no longer the butt of jokes of insensitive people like Alec Baldwin, Teri Hatcher, Tsip Sao, and British actors. Tulong tulong tayong magkatotoo ito…kaya natin!...let’s stick to the issues of our country, and no matter what, stubbornly cling to clean politics.
