This animal should NEVER be let out of prison. He was never charged in Todd\'s crime but he should PAY for Todd\'s crime and all the others he raped. Keep him locked in a cage where he belongs. You people have the power to do it..so DO IT for God\'s sake!

I watched a special on this case and I can't believe he is about to get out. Our courts are so backwards at times. My prayers are with the family of Todd.
