I support this petition. This man is in prison in Kansas, which is where I live. He's up for parole this year (2008), and it scares me to think that he could get out and roam the streets where I live. What he did to Todd makes him a monster, and he should never be released!

The 2nd most appauling fact in this case, other than the obvious damage to children, is the absolutely incopmetent district attorney who made the brilliant decision not to prosecute Holman. The child wanted to testify. How many cases have we seen like this in which the suspect never sees the light of day again and can't ever hurt another child? Now, even though there is no way parole will be granted, it just might be one day soon. As horrible as the suspect is, my frustration is equally aimed toward the prosecuter. His decision was absolutely incomprehensible.
