i think we should get jobs. i mean since our parents don't wanna pay for us when we get older. its a rip off. my dad pays a lot more money for my mom and his workers. but not me. i cant even get a cell phone! i mean a 40$ a month cell phone. so i wanted to get a job. but it sucks because i am too young. so please, i need a job!

I totally support this request on 12 year olds being able to have jobs! It is NO far that 14 year olds get jobs and 12 year olds cant. I know what you thinking... we're too young? I like that they came up with this petition because just because you are younger than your parents you still need money too. And im sure your parents are tired of bugging them about getting your allowance.

This is so true. Kids need money just like adults. How else are we supposed to get things. We are willing to work, but little things like babysitting and mowing lawns just does not cut it.

I totally agree! All i have are babysitting jobs and they stink. when i work the 2 kids are always fighting and 1 will run away if you dont watch him. I have to hold my "bathroom needs" up to 9 hours. i need to do something else!!!1

I totally agree. Kids need money, and as long as they can get transporttion and it doesn't interfere with school, I see no reason for 12 and up to not work. If people are going to complain that our generation is too lazy, they should do something about it
