I beleive that we should have jobs. Not only will we be prepared for our future lives,which it will be practice,in order for us to support ourselves when we are older and would like to move out, and even have children someday. If we are aloud jobs, we will be able to earn money to spend some of the portion to treat ourseleves after our hardwork and the other portion will to savings accounts for later life.
I really think we should be able to work. It doesn't matter about the age. I am sick and tired of making lemonade and mowing lawns. We should get out there and do something. WHO'S WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!
I think that we should be allowed o work! me and my best friedn need to make $1000 each by the end of 15 weeks and that means atleast 10 dollars a day which means 60-70 dollars a week! were never gonna pull it off with out reall jobs!!!!!
I need a job, there's stuff young ppl want, if a person under teh age of the child labor laws who wants to work at minimum wage, or even settle for less, let them!!!!!!!
It really is not fair that grownups get way more money than kids like us.Most of the time i ask my mom or dad if i can get something i see in the mall and they always say no ! Its not are fault we aren't old enough to get a regular job!!
12 year olds should have jobs. The other day i asked my mom to loan me 2 dollars to go buy somthing and she said if you want money geta job and i said name one job that i could have cause i'm only 12 and where i live you have to have a permit to babysitt and take a class for 100$ and they refuse to pay for that and lemonade stand and car washes are illegal so how in the heck am i suposed to make money. they should let us have jobs.
I think the person who wrote this is right i mean my dad is in Real Estate (Century 21) and at this moment he's the best at what he does but it takes a while before you make really any money and all we want to do is spend it. So please approve of this petition. =)
i support this petition i think some one should observe us and see if were responsible bucause most 12 year olds myself included want and need money to go places and maybe treat our family.
As a 12-year-old myself I say 12 year old kids becoming teens should have a chance to become mature and instead of asking our parents for money and they always say
i think younger kids should be able to work some kidds are borred all summer , but if u let us then we could make money and get the stuff we want with out waiting tell are birthday or christmas
I think 12 year old kids should work because it gives us something else to do besides sit around the house and do nothing. People complain about kids being obeist, then why cant we work so that we wont become obeist like a lot of kids in america. So that is why I believe that kids 12 and under should be able to work.
