Crazy Frog is a fictional character made out of polygons, it would be impossible to 'kill' it. If Kenny and Itchy and Scratchy are anything to go by, he'll just come back next week and we'll have to start again. We have to erase it from existence. All copies of the ringtone must be vapourised and the memorises erased of all the people that have heard it to remove any chance it may ever appear again. (Because mind erasing technology isn't up to scratch at the moment, I recommend just killing all the people that know crazy frog exists, except me of course.)
