I support this petition. I have struggled w/infertility for 3 yrs. It is very expensive, couples who want to be parents should have the right to insurance that helps pay medical bills for this service.
Please support this petition. I am currently 25 years old and me and my husband I trying to have kids, but not able to because i have PCOS and without any type of health insurance we have to pay tons of money out of pocket and could use some help.
I support this petition. I suffer from secondary infertility, have been trying for the last year. We tried five rounds of fertility meds, that cost us only around $300, cheap for fertility treatments. We need more, but probably won't be able to afford it. Please pass this bill!!
This is a major concern of mine. I am over 30 now and am wanting to start a family finally. If complications arise I would like to know that I can afford the help I need in starting that family.
My husband and I are hard-working citizens deserving of the chance to have a baby. We\'ve been married almost nine years and have been unable to conceive a child on our own. Even though I am a teacher and my husband is in law enforcement we are unable to afford the out of pocket costs for infertility treatments. I hate the fact that our state will offer welfare to people who won\'t work, yet allow them to have 4 or 5 kids but our state will not help the hard working tax payers who do try to contribute in positive ways. Something is wrong with our way of thinking. Please help those of us who pray for a financial relief in our circumstance.
I have been trying for almost 4 years to get pregnant. I have done everything but what my doctor has said are my best chances because of the cost. I can not pick up and move to one of those states that support their state citizen in trying to achieve what most of us consider our greatest accomplishment. Having a child.
Please, help me realize the dream of becoming a mother! Please help us out with an IVF Grant in KY! I know that will get you elected! I would vote for anyone who proposes this, lot of people would! Hear our cries, do not let them fall on deaf ears! We want to be in the mommy club!
I suffer from infertility, other than that I am healthy but I still pay for insurance that I don't use. I feel I am being discriminated against since my disease is not covered on my insurance!
Please take into consideration the pain of never being a parent. Please help those of us who have done the right things in life and feel as if we are some how being punished... The word barren is the most painful word in the world!
ins pays for lung cancer for smokers, for bariatric surgery for overeaters, heart surgery for Big Mac eaters, but won't pay for 2 educated, tax paying citizens to enjoy parenthood like everyone else.
No one can know the pain of not being able to have a child of your own until it happesns to you. Please allow people in this extremely difficult position the opportunity to get treatment without having to pay a fortune out of pocket. So many people cannot afford the treatment and are effectively financialy excluded for any treatments options.
