Laverne & Shirley is one of the most classic sitcoms of all times. It's long-running time on Nick @ Nite in the '90s created an even larger fanbase, which covered all ages. Now that it is no longer on the air, fans only have Lifetime Real Women to turn to - a channel that many do not recieve. The first season was released in August 2004, and the following seasons have not been released, as of date. This petition is for those who want the following seven seasons on DVD as well.

There has been talk of how the first season did have a high sales ranking - this could be in part to the lack of special features on the disk. While most television shows released to DVD have extras such as documentaries, bloopers, trivia games, etc. - the first season has none of this. With the two reunions that have been aired on TV between the years of 1995 and 2002, the countless biographies aired on The Biography Channel and TVLand, and the dozens of bloopers that have appeared in television specials, I find this hard to believe.

If this petition is signed, hopefully Paramount will take the demand for Seasons 2-7 of Laverne & Shirley on DVD more seriously. Of course, it would be grand to have all of the episodes on DVD by themselves, but I'm sure that the inclusion of special features wouldn't exactly put a damper on the sales!
