Mike Gravel should be included in the debates. He is, after all, running for President. I haven't been impressed wtih Hillary Clinton or Barrack Obama. We need all the choices we can have.I feel the media is deciding who should run for President instead of the citizens.
Do not exclude a Presidential Candidate from particpating in any debate among candidates for president. In this case, Former Senator Mike Gravel (D-Alaska). The current attempt by co-sponsors MSNBC
whats wrong with allowing Sen. Gravel debate? It simply amazes me that people are afraid to hear the truth be told. I stand with Sen. Gravel and i demand that he be allowed to convey his viewpoint on a national stage
Let Mike speak! We went through this in 1992 trying to get them to let Jerry Brown speak. We had to shut down the Democratic National convention, but Jerry got to speak.
I know you're scraping the barrel with me, Mike, but, any port in storm, eh?Dave(non-million dollar corruporporate, sorry, corporate donour)Anyway, as I was saying.....
There is no reason that in our country we should limit the opinions expressed by persons running for the President of the United States. It's outrageous.
I demand that Mr. Gravel be allowed to speak at the 10/30/07 Democratic National Committee!!I demand that he be televised on MSNBC, along with the other candidates who are not willing to stand-up to special interests that are leading this nation into another war with Iran.Americans need a voice that reflect the important issues that are not being addressed by the other candidates, such as the recent vote by Congress which is one step short of declaring war against Iran. By declaring the Iranian Revolutionary Guard a terrorist organization Congress
Mike Gravel is the only candidate worth listening to. He's the only honest and sincere one running for president. Excluding him from the debate is disgraceful. NBC/GE has all the motive in the world to do such a thing.
NBC should not stifle free speech by excluding candidates from the debates. I always thought that Brian Williams was a fair-minded, objective newsman, but I'm beginning to have my doubts. Let Democracy flourish by letting all candidates be heard.
Whether NBC supports peace in America isn't the biggest issue here. All presidential candidates should be portrayed fully and truthfully by our media. Isn't it time that the mass media stopped blindly supporting big business candidates and started talking about the real issues that small candidates like Gravel bring to debates. I think that our media should support what this country was founded on,
Mike Gravel should be permitted to debate on October 30. There is a large second tier that is not being excluded. The debate will not suffer because of one additional participant.
How dare you exclude anyone from a debate as important as this. What gives you the right? This is America! I want to hear what EVERYONE has to say that is running for President. How else can we decide who best represents us?
I don't watch television much any more other than PBS - I certainly am NOT silly enough to watch your news program. I can watch Olbermann on my computer. Keep on this kind of censorship and I will begin boycotting products advertised on your news shows, and I will organize others to join me.
MSNBC. moderated by Brian Williams, should stop their dirty tricks and allow Mike Gravel in all Debates. You money houndogs are the cause of our problems. Give Mike the Honor to Represent US.
