This hasn't been fair from the start. Sen. Gravel has been excluded from other debates by simply not asking him questions. That was bad enough now they want him off the stage.I strongly protest the exclusion of any candidate simply because they have not raised enough corporate money.By excluding in either manner NBC is corrupting the election and depriving me of knowledge about all candidates.
it is a shame that this great country has been so corrupted - especially in the past 30 years - that a few control everything. shame on you for pretending to be fair and unbiased jounalist and serve the elite.
It is not up to the media to decide who should participate in the debates, unless, of course, you are paying them to do so. You could hire whomever you choose if that were the case. The American people decide which candidate is electable and many of us have not yet waged our vote and do intend to make certain that, having done so, it is counted.
NBC loves to listen when money talks. But in a democracy, it's important to hear citizens like Mike Gravel. We can't hear if he speaks in the woods--he needs to be on TV with the rest of the Democratic field.
Although I do not support Mike Gravel for President, I think it's ridiculous to exclude someone from a debate. How does one get name recognition if they can't get their name out there? You are really doing a disservice to the nation. Let people have a voice, let them see all the candidates.
He should be allowed to talk. NBC is clearly just keeping him out because they are worried he might say something that will make some of the other candidates look stupid.
The sustainence of our democracy depends on the representation of ALL people. Mike Gravel gives voice to the many Americans who go unheard. Please, NBC, let him speak on our behlaf.
By not letting Mike Gravel speak, you are taking this country further away from the values on which it is based. What happened to free speech? Oh, that's right... you are trying to to censor it in order to further your own agendas!
to not have mike speak at this debate is lunacy. He is the only one speaking honestly and from the heart. If he is not involved in the debate, I will not watch.
This man is a true American hero. It is a disgrace that they are trying to prevent him from speaking- especially when he is the only one that really speaks the truth!
