Even if you do not support Gravel, I think that barring him from the debate is just another way to show how corrupt this nation is. Why not let him speak, everyone has a right to hear what he has to say and what the other candidates have to say as well.
Mike Gravel is our best candidate. PLEASE DO NOT EXCLUDE HIM from the October 30th debate in Philadelphia, co-sponsored by the Democratic National Committee and MSNBC.
Thank you!
This is brazen censorship of viewpoints that are not favorable to the ruling class. NBC, as an instrument of the military-industrial complex, is trying to silence a true voice of the people, Mike Gravel. I do not stand for this. The American People do not stand for this. Only the few billionaires who benefit from war and lies stand for this kind of censorship. And this is exactly why it must end. We the people will rise up and regain our power. NBC can't stop us, Hillary Clinton can't stop us, the democratic party can't stop us, the monied elites can't stop us. We have the power and soon we will reclaim it. Oppressed peoples, silenced voices, UNITE!
I want to see MIke Gravel. I am ashamed of NBC. This is not a democracy. I will not watch NBC anymore if I dont see the best candidate in the race! Mike Gravel 2008
The ignorance of the MSM to the dialogue that Mike Gravel is trying to create can only be upheld if WE THE PEOPLE do nothing to encourage this dialogue. If enough people make enough noise WE will be heard.God bless Mike for trying to wake this country up. I can only hope that we will not allow the MSM to silence a real voice for truth,Sen. Gravel !!!
I implore NBC to include Sen. Mike Gravel to participate in the Oct. 30th Presidential debate. It is undemocratic to not allow equal representation of all candidates. Sen. Gravel's honest direct answers and challenges to the other candidates are essential to assess which candidate we would like to represent we, the People. Please support a fair, democratic election process for all candidates.
I am sick of the coruption in our government, and I believe that Mike Gravel is the right candidate, and the only one whose standing on the issues I agree wit completely. I feel that it is shameful that money has any bearing on which candidates are included in debates. I feel that money has no place in presidential campaigns.
I think that all candidates running for President should be given the opportunity to be heard by the public. Having a debate which excludes candidates is a block to the great democracy of America. I respectfully ask that you allow all candidates to be included in all the debates that you have.
Gravel, Dodd or Kucinich and nobody else would I vote for....If Ellsberg runs as a Green, I'll vote for him. If McKinney runs as a Green, I'll vote for her!
Mike Gravell is the bravest person running for President. To silence his voice, at this crucial time in our history as a nation, is just un-Patriotic. Every candidate deserves a voice at every debate.
Being able to hear all the canidates speak gives the people freedom of choice. By not allowing all the canidates to speak takes the freedom of choice away from the people.
Absolutely unconscionable exclusion of Mike Gravel from NBC debate. It is unwarranted and tacitly biased. Please abide by the rules of the fairness doctrine and do not let corporate clout preclude his important thia candidates important voice.
Mike Gravel is a legitimate candidate and as such needs to be included in any Presidential debate he wishes to be in. To exclude him is to stifle democracy.
No canddate, Dem or Rep should be excluded from the debates. Let Americans hear Gravel's message and form their own opinions on the worthiness of his candidacy
For too long has money ruled our government, it is time for a new type of leader. One that can lead the country in the right direction, who can shift our future towards tranquility. If another puppet is elected we will not progress into a better society. Mike Gravel will revolutionize what it is to be a real president and do productive things for the good of mankind.
NBC's interest in paring down the candidates so that the most viable ones may get more time is understandable, but the similarity of Gravel's campaign to other non-excluded candidates' means that this particular exclusion reeks of censorship.
